Removing:

- Open Settings.
- Scroll down and tap on Mail.
- Tap on Accounts.
- You should see your AAA Exchange account in the listing.
- Tap on the account.
- Take note of which switches are turned on(green).
- Tap on Remove Account.
- You may get a warning about the data being removed; this is fine. None of your data has been lost in the migration.

Adding:

- Open Settings.
- Scroll down and tap on Mail.
- Tap on Accounts.
- Tap on Add Account.
- Choose Microsoft Exchange.
- Enter your AAA email address (typically first initial last name. ex. kmcdonald@aaaambulance.net).
- Tap on Next.
- Choose Sign in on the pop-up.
- Enter your email password (this is the same as ESO/ePRO and Sharepoint).
- Tap Sign in.

- You should get directed to a "More Information Required Page".
- Tap Next.
- Enter your cell phone number to receive a verification code.
- Tap Next.
- Enter the verification code you received.
- Tap Next.
- Tap Next again.
- Tap Done.
- You should get directed to a "More Information Required Page".

- You should then get a page that has selections to turn off/on.
- If you removed your previous account, make these match the previous settings.
- If you never had your AAA email setup, I would recommend only leaving Mail turned on.
- You should then get a page that has selections to turn off/on.
