Instructions may vary per device. Steps were performed on a Samsung Galaxy S20+.
Removing:

- Open Settings.
- Scroll down and tap on Accounts and backup.
- Tap on Manage accounts.
- You should see your AAA Exchange account in the list.
- Tap on the account.
- Tap on Remove Account
- You may get a warning about the data being removed; this is fine. None of your data has been lost in the migration.

Adding:

- Open Settings.
- Scroll down and tap on Accounts and backup.
- Tap on Manage accounts.
- Tap on Add account.
- Choose Exchange.
- Enter your AAA email address (typically first initial last name. ex. kmcdonald@aaaambulance.net).
- Tap Next
- Enter your email password (this is the same as ESO/ePRO and Sharepoint).
- Tap on Sign in.
- You should get directed to a "More Information Required Page".
- Tap Next.
- Enter your cell phone number to receive a verification code.
- Tap Next.
- Enter the verification code you received.
- Tap Next.
- Tap Next again.
- Tap Done.
- You will then get a Permissions requested page.
- Tap Accept.
- You should then get a “Your account is ready to go!” page.
- Tap Done.

- Modifying Synced items
- Open Settings.
- Scroll down and tap on Accounts and backup.
- Tap on Manage accounts.
- You should see your AAA Exchange account in the list.
- Tap on the account.
- Tap on Sync account.
- I would recommend only having Mail turned on unless you want to have Contacts and Calendars synced as well.
- Modifying Synced items

Your AAA Email should be added into the Gmail app. You can view All inboxes by tapping on the menu icon at the top left. If you don’t want it to show work and personal emails combined, tap on your account icon at the top right, and you should see the entry for your AAA account.
