Password Expiry Assistance

Your Microsoft password is used for access to AAA E-mail, ESO, and Sharepoint.

If you normally log on a PC press CTRL ALT Delete and choose Change Password.
If you are connected remotely to the Terminal Server, click on Start there should be a Log Off button with an arrow. Click the arrow then click Windows Security and you should have an option to 'Change a password'.

If you are a crewmember, you can change your password via Web Mail.

Login to https://outlook.office.com click on your initials(at the top right), view account, and then Change Password.
You may also go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com and follow the instructions.

Passwords must meet the following minimum requirements:
Not any of the last 5 used passwords
Not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters
Be at least seven characters in length

Contain characters from three of the following four categories:

English uppercase characters (A through Z)
English lowercase characters (a through z)
Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)

Don't forget to update the password on your Mobile Devices as well!
